Another Space, Another Time

September 12 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Bartram’s Garden Barn

Ars Nova Workshop invites you to Another Space, Another Time- a partnership between Ars Nova Workshop, Spirits Up!, and Bartram’s Garden exploring music, movement, and mindfulness.

This program is a space led by yoga teacher Sudan Green, a certified movement and mindfulness teacher dedicated to making these practices more accessible to communities that need them most. It is an ode to the ancestors like Milford Graves who gathered communities around whole wellness- movement, mindfulness, and expression. In addition to yoga training, the class will feature music and special guests to bring in added elements of alternative healing.

Cost is free/pay what you wish. Please register in advance.
